By accessing or using PressLaunch (https://presslaunch.vip), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PressLaunch is a press release submission and distribution service designed for podcast hosts, authors, small businesses, promotional products professionals, and financial advisors. When you submit a press release, we distribute it to our available channels, which currently include:

• A permanent public, SEO-ready release page on presslaunch.vip
• PressLaunch RSS availability and news-sitemap inclusion for the public release
• Category-matched direct media outreach when Standard Distribution is purchased and approved
• A private distribution report documenting recorded PressLaunch actions without exposing individual media recipients

For Wire Distribution submissions ($149), PressLaunch prepares a submission-ready release, provides a final preview for client approval, and submits manually only after that approval and all mandatory quality checks are complete. Wire clients receive a report with the recorded confirmation number, submission date, documented distribution actions, and any later independently verified pickup information available to PressLaunch.

We do not guarantee publication, coverage, or pickup by any third-party outlet. Distribution means your release is submitted or made available to those channels. Whether a journalist, editor, or platform chooses to feature it is outside our control.

You are solely responsible for the content of your press releases. By submitting a release, you confirm that:

• You own or have the right to publish the content
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content does not contain defamatory, illegal, or harmful material

PressLaunch reserves the right to remove any press release that violates these terms without notice.

PressLaunch launched with a free submission period through August 11, 2026. Standard submissions are now $59 per release. Wire Distribution is $149 per release. Bundle pricing is available. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. PressLaunch is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

PressLaunch is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PressLaunch and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
